jj55com accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

jj55com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical outages outside jj55com's control. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of transaction.

jj55com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each player may claim each specific bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• jj55com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted an active bonus will not have their existing bonus terms changed mid-wager.

All bets and wagers placed on jj55com are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept the outcome as final subject to jj55com's dispute resolution process.

Sports Betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jj55com reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without giving a reason.
• In-play odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation. Bets not confirmed due to technical issues will be void and the staked amount refunded.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, jj55com's specific sports rules govern the settlement of open bets. Generally, if a match does not commence or complete within 24 hours of its scheduled start, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited for fairness.
